The ROBUST GROUP intends to dispose of an industrial property in Säffle.
The property has a total plot area of 91,191 sq m. The factory area is 32,475 sq m. of which 869 sq m. is offices and 31,606 sq m is industrial buildings. The largest tenant is currently Robust AB, but we also hire out certain areas to the external tenant Volvo Bussar Säffle AB.
The property is located in the Norelund industrial area approximately 1 km south of central Säffle. The surrounding developments are mainly industrial and other commercial properties. The Norelund industrial area has good communications to and from the city centre and is close to the E18 and E45 European highways. The main building was built in 1946 and has been rebuilt and extended in 1956, 1972, 1981, 1995 and 2000.
